A recent theme across customer conversations is the increasing pressure to improve system performance without expanding infrastructure. The commonality is that the investment has already been made and organizations’ systems are already in place, yet missed events, false alerts, rising operational costs, and constant pressure to justify value continue to create friction. What was once accepted as a limitation of legacy systems is now being challenged, because businesses are no longer asking whether better performance is possible, they are asking why they are still paying for systems that fail to deliver it.

We recently concluded ISC West in Las Vegas, where we showcased our two latest innovations: NexaiQ Neurosen, our private cloud solution, and NexaiQ Camera to Cloud.

NexaiQ Camera to Cloud is a direct-to-cloud solution built around NexaiQ enabled cameras, allowing video footage to be securely transmitted straight to the cloud without requiring an on-site server. This creates a streamlined path for organizations looking to manage video surveillance through a cloud-first approach while maintaining flexibility for future growth. Because our cameras are not proprietary, customers are not forced into a single ecosystem and avoid vendor lock-in if their needs change over time. Our camera to cloud solution is another way Soterix Systems brings TRUE AI to transform video legacy infrastructure into a system that provides real business intelligence, delivers stronger visibility, improves operations, and expedites decision-making.

As organizations demand more control over how their video infrastructure is deployed, NexaiQ Neurosen offers a solution for environments where compliance requirements, security standards, and operational limitations make traditional cloud adoption more complex. Built to support greater ownership of data and infrastructure, it allows organizations to maintain control within their own environment while still benefiting the operational efficiency that TRUE AI and NexaiQ are built to deliver. It is designed for customers who need flexibility without compromise, ensuring performance and scalability align with both business goals and regulatory demands.

ISC West also gave us the opportunity to host our annual Soterix Social at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort, bringing together customers, integrators, consultants, and technology partners for an evening focused on connection, collaboration, and the future of intelligent infrastructure. These conversations continue to reinforce the same message, which is that the industry is moving toward smarter, more unified solutions, and Soterix Systems is committed to leading that evolution.

To better support the depth and complexity of these conversations, we have expanded our sales team both nationally and internationally. Our focus is on strengthening relationships with partners and integrators who are helping organizations evaluate their current camera infrastructure and identify smarter, more efficient paths forward. We work closely with customers to determine what is realistically achievable within their existing environments and where meaningful improvements can be made without unnecessary disruption or added risk.

Next, we are preparing for NRF Protect in the Greater Dallas area, close to our headquarters. Retail and multi-site environments tend to expose inefficiencies quickly, whether through labor constraints, operational blind spots, or limited visibility across locations. This highlights the growing need for systems that produce business intelligence, such as NexaiQ. Our platform provides dynamic real-time awareness, rather than static after-the-fact review. Organizations are getting the best of both worlds, as they are able to leverage their existing infrastructure and extract intelligence that was previously out of reach.
